Terms of Service
Last updated 9 Oct 2026. CareClinic, 1-65/2, Sai Cheran Colony, KPHB, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085.
These terms are the agreement between CareClinic ("we") and the business that signs up for CareClinic ("you"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
CareClinic is software for running a clinic, a medical shop or a laboratory: appointments, patient records, billing, stock, messages to patients and the other modules you choose. Each business gets its own web address; its records are kept separate from every other business's.
2. Your account
- You must give true details about your business and verify them when we ask (licences, registration). We may refuse or close an account we can't verify.
- You decide who on your staff can sign in and what each person can see. You are responsible for what happens under your logins; keep passwords private.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your practice: medical council rules, drug and pharmacy rules, GST, and patient consent.
3. Free trial and payment
- New businesses get a 14-day free trial. We don't ask for a card to start.
- After the trial you pay the plan you choose, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are shown before you pay and include GST where it applies; we send a GST invoice for each payment.
- If a payment is not made, the account first goes read-only, then on hold. Your data is not deleted while on hold; see the refund and cancellation policy.
4. Your data and your patients' data
- Records you enter belong to you. For your patients' personal data you are the data fiduciary and we are your data processor, on the Data Processing terms, which form part of this agreement.
- You can export your records at any time (Settings, Export). When you close your account we keep the data for 90 days so you can take it, then delete it, except where the law makes us keep it longer (for example tax records).
- We don't sell personal data and we don't use your patients' data to market to them.
5. Messages and payments through other providers
WhatsApp, SMS, email and online payments go through providers you connect (your WhatsApp Business account, your Razorpay account) or that we use. Their terms apply to that part. Patients' payments go straight to your own account; we never hold your money.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send messages patients didn't agree to, to break the law (including referral commissions forbidden by medical councils), to try to reach another business's data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service running all the time and back up data every day, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Support is by email at support@millish.shop and from the Help page inside the app.
8. Liability
The software supports your work; clinical and business decisions stay yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
9. Changes and ending the agreement
We may update these terms; we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you, and you can close your account if you don't agree. You can close your account at any time.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
Grievance officer: Srikanth, help@careclinic.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
