Safety and privacy, Tally export, stock counts and a help centre
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app; owners can require it for admins, and sign anyone out everywhere.
- Big exports need the owner's approval; the owner is alerted when someone opens many patient records in an hour.
- Patients' data requests under India's DPDP Act: from the portal or the desk, with due dates, a copy of their data and deletion that keeps the records the law requires.
- Incident register, data breach log and recurring safety duties (biomedical waste, AERB, fire, licences).
- Tally export, a day book and GSTR-1 tables; tick off receipts against your bank or UPI statement.

Patient portal: pay online, check in by QR, send prescriptions
- Patients pay a bill online from the portal (into your own Razorpay account).
- Check-in QR for the reception: patients tap “I'm here” and see their place in the queue.
- Patients change an appointment time themselves, or ask for a time for the desk to confirm.
- Questions before the visit (on blood thinners? pregnant?) asked at online booking and shown to the doctor.
- Announcements at the top of the portal (closed on Sunday, new timings).
- Patients send a photo of a prescription to the pharmacy or optical shop, or ask for their clinic prescription to be packed for pickup.
- A parent or a son or daughter can manage a patient from their own phone; a child's access ends at 18.
