Refunds and cancellation

Try before you pay

Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed, so you can decide before paying anything.

Cancelling

• You can cancel any time from Subscription in your account, or by writing to support@millish.shop. Autopay stops straight away.
• The plan stays usable until the end of the period you paid for. Then the account goes read-only, so you can still see and export your records for 90 days.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: no refund for the month already started.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, we refund the unused months, less the first month. After 30 days, no refund.
• Charged twice or charged by mistake: we refund the whole extra amount.
• Refunds go back to the way you paid within 7 working days of approval.

Payments patients make to clinics

When a patient pays a clinic online, the money goes to the clinic's own account. Refunds of those payments are decided by the clinic; please contact the clinic.
